The search for a missing Rapid City man has ended. Bryan Gonzalez was found dead Friday afternoon near Fairway Hills Drive.
He died from an apparent suicide by a single gunshot wound. A weapon was found at the scene.
His wife reported him missing on Monday after he left their Fairway Hills home without his wallet, phone and medication.
He was 50 years old.
There's no new information to release on Bryan Gonzalez.
The Rapid City Police Department is still coordinating efforts with other agencies and following any possible leads.
The 50 year old went missing from the Fairway Hills area on Sunday night. Over the last few days, ground and helicopter crews have concentrated their efforts on the wooded area around his home.

Ground and Helicopter crews have spent hours searching the area around the home of Bryan Gonzalez.
The 50 year old was last seen on Sunday night at his home in Fairway Hills.
Police think Gonzalez may have entered the heavily wooded area around his home on foot without identification, wallet, cell phone or his asthma medication.
James Johns, Captain of The Criminal Investigation Division says finding a missing person is a continuing process.
"It's continuing we have put a number of man hours into it already using resources from other agencies as well as our own. It's a process and we will continue this process over the next couple of days,"said Johns.
There is no new information today but Captain Johns says they are following some leads.
