Have you seen this Rapid City man?

Posted:

The Rapid City Police Department is searching for a missing Rapid City man, last seen at his residence on the evening of June 23. Bryan Gonzalez, age 50, was discovered gone the next morning. His wife reported him missing to police that afternoon. He is believed to have left on foot, without identification, wallet, or cell phone.

Gonzalez is a white/Hispanic male, with gray hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5'6" and 190 pounds. He does have asthma, and left without his medication.

Police are considering that Gonzalez may have entered the heavily wooded area around his home on Mountain Shadow Place. Other local agencies are assisting in the search, as the terrain is challenging. Neighbors in the Fairway Hills subdivision are asked to help by checking their properties for anything out of place. At this time, there is no evidence to suggest foul play.

Police have confirmed this incident is not related to the human remains located by the Pennington County Sheriff's Office today in Kelly Gulch.
