Black Hills Barbeque begins with a sizzle

This weekend you don't have to be from Arkansas to say pig–soo–ie!

The third annual Black Hills Barbeque Festival is underway at the Central States Fairground and vendors from Arkansas to Wyoming are pushing their best products to Black Hills barbeque fans.

A carnival, live music, and beer garden are some of the other attractions at this year's event but the barbeque is still the main attraction.

"My husband and I do this at our county fairs in Wyoming. We're from Cody, Wyoming. We've got some of the boys from the School of Mines helping us cook tonight and so yeah we're happy to be here," said Bonnie Krause of B&B Concessions.

A 3–k mud run will take place on Saturday at noon.
