Silent Vigil remembers all of our fallen heroes

The South Dakota Patriot Guard Riders took it upon themselves to ensure no fallen service member was forgotten this Memorial Day.
A member of the Patriot Guard Riders stood vigil at the grave site of every South Dakota member of our military that has been killed in action, or died in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.

The vigil was alongside the tradition of grave decorating on Memorial Day.
Black Hills National Cemetery, Mountain View Cemetery, and Willow Lake, were some of the cemeteries in our area where the vigil took place.
