A 24-year-old Sheridan man was arrested after a high speed chase.
David Simmons was wanted on a warrant for violating probation. He sped off after an officer spotted him around 5 PM Tuesday Afternoon.
Simmons raced away north on Decker Road, going over 100 miles per hour and eventually crossing the border into Montana.
He then turned around and headed south on Decker Road. He was caught after he rear-ended a patrol car.
The Sheridan County Sheriff's Office says no one was hurt during the chase.
Simmons was additionally charged with four counts of misdemeanor fleeing, failure to maintain liability insurance, driving with a suspended license, and reckless driving.
