People in the Rapid City community spent part of their weekend making their mind, body and spirit whole.
Sunday wraps up the 5th Annual Holistic Health Expo at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City, which promotes healthier living and natural healing.
Event organizer, Colleen Ragan, says there were 62 booths this year, with people from 5 different states.
And new this year were 22 speakers and 11 interactive demonstrations.
"There is a nice steady flow of people coming in, where actually have a chance to visit with people. They can ask comprehensive questions and get answers. And then you can go to the next guy and say, well what do you do? It's a nice chance to see what's in the area," says Ragan.
Ragan had a booth at the expo this year: Japanese Acupuncture.
She says it cures physical, mental, and even emotional pain.
