Financial experts say Social Security isn't going anywhere

The Social Security Administration predicts that the trust fund that pays social security benefits will be exhausted by 2033.

That sounds like a grim outlook but financial experts say there is no reason to panic. President of Kahler Financial Group, Rick Kahler, says Social Security will still be here in some form for everyone that is alive today.

"I think benefits will be a little less. I think benefits could be less for someone under 50. But is Social Security going to be gone? No way. Until America starts saving and providing for their own retirement Social Security is going to be there," said Kahler.

Kahler says 58 percent of Americans have absolutely no retirement savings account.
