Cajun Flank Steak


2 lb flank steak
1 c dry red wine
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c low sodium Soy Sauce
2 TB Cajun seasoning
2 TB minced garlic
2 TB tomato paste
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Place steak in zip lock bag. Mix the rest of the ingredients, pour over steak and seal bag. Marinate 24-30 hours in refrigerator.

Remove steak from bag. Pat dry. Grill to your liking. Meanwhile, in a heavy bottom pan cook marinade on high, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens.

Let steak stand 6 minutes.  Slice across grain. PLate steak and drizzle with a touch of marinade. Serve the rest on side.
