Ski resort opens back up for one day ski event

Posted:

Winter made a dramatic return in KOTA Territory, and one local ski resort takes full advantage.

From 12 PM to 4 PM Saturday, Mystic Mountain fired up the Triple Lucy Chairlift, allowing their season pass holders to get one last run in for the season.

Snow totals in the area from last weeks storm were near 30 inches in some locations.

The café was still closed but the ski pub was open.

No tickets were sold, and no guests were allowed. The resort says it was simply a way to say thank you to their season pass holders.
