-seasonings (we used Texas Roadhouse Steak seasoning) salt-n-pepper is fine
-your choice of bbq sauce
-jack cheese and American cheese
-toasted sesame seed bun
-butter for the flat top grill
Sauté mushrooms and onions to your liking.
Cook Angus beef to liking – 155F for 15sec to ensure proper safety.
Assemble burgers with toasted bun, patty and mushroom/onion mixture first, then the cold fixin's on top of that.
