A KOTA Territory thrift store is expanding to a larger building.
The Club For Boys Thrift Store is doubling the size of its operation with a move to a building across the street from the Central States Fairgrounds on Campbell street.
The Club For Boys currently raises over 20% of its annual budget from the operation of the thrift shop.
The move to the new 14,000 square foot building was brought on by simply outgrowing its current space that has been home for over 20 years.
Club Executive Director Scott Bader says that the expansion will not only help give the club more opportunities to be even more self reliant, but that the additional space will increase the ability to process the donations they currently receive, "This new configuration is going to make that very easy for us to go through and process a lot of merchandise a lot faster than we can right now".
The Club For Boys is hoping to have the new location open for business in time for the Central States Fair.
