Suspected 'bath salts' dealer faces 30 years in prison


Prosecutors accuse him of selling some of the most lethal new drugs available - right here in Pennington county.

Tony Vu of Rapid City was arraigned in 7th circuit court Monday on two counts of possessing with the intent to distribute bath salts.

Prosecutors say this isn't the first time Vu has tried to deal in illegal drugs.

He has two prior felony convictions for distributing methamphetamine.

Judge Jeff Davis entered not guilty pleas Monday, while Vu is being assigned a court appointed attorney.
He faces 30 years in prison if convicted.
