Rapid City prostitution sting nets two arrests

On March 7, Rapid City police conducted an enforcement operation that netted two arrests for prostitution.

Police discovered an online ad that led to the operation.

Kevin Breedlove, age 20 of Milwaukee, Wis., and Justin Diaz, age 24 of Rapid City, were both arrested for prostitution, which is a class 1 misdemeanor.

The arrests are part of an ongoing effort to stem prostitution in Rapid City.

In February, seven men were cited or arrested for hiring for sexual activity, and in December 2012, three women were arrested for prostitution.
