A convicted felon, who plead guilty to possessing child pornography, will spend a month and half in jail.
Thirty nine year old Michael Moszer of Rapid City was arrested in November of last year for possessing sexually graphic images of children as young as 2 years old.
In January he plead guilty to 2 counts of possession of child pornography and faced up to 10 years on each count
Today, he was sentenced to a 6 year prison term
Despite a psychological evaluation deeming Moszer to be "a moderate risk of re–offense to the community", Judge Thomas Trimble suspended the 6 year prison term and choose to sentence him to 180 days in the Pennington County Jail. 130 of those days have already been served.
