BRENTWOOD, Tenn., March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading foodservice and retail housewares manufacturer, Browne & Co. expands their 9 year partnership with OHL, a leading global 3PL, to include a consolidated transportation management platform for their freight business.
Browne began their relationship with OHL in 2004 after entering the U.S. market through a 2003 acquisition. Soon after this acquisition they began tackling the challenge of consolidating and centralizing their distribution and supply chain operations. Browne looked to OHL because of their reputation as a strong 3PL partner with a proven track record in cost savings and technological innovation - a company who would be there for long haul.

Having OHL as their 3PL partner for both warehousing and transportation will give Browne the end-to-end supply chain visibility they need to achieve further process improvement efficiencies and cost savings that will lead to increased growth, allowing Browne to focus on their core business – product design and manufacturing.
