Blowing snow and wind cause whiteout conditions - KOTA Territory News

On Sunday, KOTA Territory saw temperatures topping out at 60 degrees - that has all changed.
Old Man Winter is back in full force.
Snow, mixed with high winds, which are gusting over 65 miles per hour at times, are caused whiteout conditions on Interstate 90 Monday.
A no travel advisory was issued Monday morning from the Wyoming state line to Sturgis.
Plows can be seen driving in both directions but the roads remain slushy and slippery.
KOTA Territory Meteorologists say the winds can be expected to last through the evening and begin dying down later Monday night.
