Mexican cantina is coming to downtown

The space formerly occupied by Manchego has a new tenant.

Remodeling is underway for the all new "Que Pasa Mexican Cantina".

The new eatery will feature a family friendly, contemporary Mexican menu & other unique features like a tortilla station.

Once renovations are complete, the roof–top seating will be enclosed to offer more indoor seating options.

Que Pasa managing partner Bob Fuchs says the new cantina will provide more options to downtown patrons, "we're doing so many great things in downtown rapid city and making it so appealing to locals as well as tourists, but the Mexican flair & having something that is different than what is offered downtown right now...it's going to be a wonderful addition"

Que Pasa is currently aiming to open its doors memorial day weekend.
