Global Tower Partners (GTP) announced it has been named one of the “2013 Best Places to Work” in South Florida, by the South Florida Business Journal. The South Florida Business Journal recognizes companies in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties whose operations are creating a productive, fun, and rewarding place to work.

Rankings were based on an anonymous employee survey that measured teamwork, retention, goal alignment, trust, individual contributions, manager effectiveness, feeling valued, job satisfaction, and benefits. GTP was selected from among several hundred South Florida companies who participated.

“GTP strives to create a work environment that fosters employee engagement – from our GTP Cares program, to Community Service Day, to promoting from within,” stated Kimberlee Steck, GTP’s Human Resources Manager. “Employees embrace our corporate culture, and this award further demonstrates our commitment to our team members. It’s important to not only hire the best people, but also to ensure they feel valued,” added Steck.

The comprehensive survey was based on an employee engagement framework developed by Quantum Workplace, Inc. To be considered, the survey had to be completed by at least 65 percent of the organization’s employees.
