More delay's in case against Michael Young

There's another delay in case of the man accused of stabbing a pregnant woman in the Walmart parking lot.

30 year old Michael Young's first attorney ordered a psychiatric evaluation, but after Young dismissed that attorney; the evaluation was never done. Now Young's new court appointed attorney, Angela Colbath, ordered that evaluation be completed.

Young faces numerous charges, including first degree murder, fetal homicide, and felony violation of protection order and stalking.

Police say he stabbed Morgan Myers, 30, several times as she was leaving the Walmart parking lot; killing her and her unborn child.

Pennington county states attorney Mark Vargo said Young could face the death penalty.

Young is back in court on April first.
