The 15th Annual Northern Hills Ag Fest and Home Show is a hit.
Lisa Weyer, Executive Director of the Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce says the show provides a place for local producers and business owners to get exposure.
And as an added perk this year, an outdoor arena was added so producers could show off their yearling bulls and heifers.
"Exposure for agriculture, our producers, and our farmers and ranchers. And to let those city folks experience that as well, so it brings the agriculture into Sturgis," says Weyer.
"Sturgis is a great place to set up for a small home business, and coming here is a great opportunity to branch out," says Jessica Gatzke, a vendor.
There was also a chili cook off. All of the proceeds will benefit the local 4H and FFA organizations.
