More delays plague the case of a  Box Elder man charged with arson.

Psychiatric evaluations on Hodges still have not been released because a transport scheduling mix up at the jail, according to Hodges' attorney Jay Davis.

Hodges, 29 is accused of burning down his mobile home in late October.

His girlfriend and her ex husband were inside but no one was hurt.

Hodges remains in jail on a $100,000 bond. Judge Janine Kern says she will not reduce the bond unless psychiatric reports show he is no longer a threat to the community.
