Rapid City Regional Hospital kicks off its 'Tough enough to wear pink' campaign at the Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo.
The hospital set up a booth upstairs in the Civic Center to sell t-shirts and bracelets to support the Regional Cancer Care Institute in Rapid City.
One hundred percent of the proceeds go toward the Cancer Center to help provide treatment and support research.
Amber Wurdeman, a nurse assistant at Regional Hospital, said this is the seventh year they've sold t-shirts at the stock show.
"Pretty good, we're slow at first because it's the first day and people are still trying to get here. But I know the majority of the hospital employees have bought a lot keeping us busy. So far so good," said Wurdeman.
This year the shirts are black with a pink design.
