Old Graffitti's building becoming strip mall with new restaurant

The building that used to house Graffiti's Car Wash on Rapid City's west side, is becoming a strip mall.
The full-service business closed 13 weeks ago, although the detail shop remains in operation.

The rest of the site is taking on a new look. A second The Man Salon location is up and running.

And there are plans in the works for an additional 3,000 square foot restaurant called Z'mariks.

The fast casual restaurant chain based in Iowa will be built on the northside of the existing building.

"We're excited to have a neighbor, it'll be another business that's going to be high traffic and new to Rapid City, it went from a carwash to this in about two months and one week," said Justin Christman, Owner of The Man Salon.
A separate building on the property will be removed to make room for additional parking.
