Matthew Jones, age 30, was driving a Tahoe south on Cambell Street around 10 a.m., when his vehicle drifted off the roadway and went into Rapid Creek.
Jones was treated for minor injuries, and police determined Jones had been huffing. 32 bottles of canned air were located inside the vehicle, and Jones was arrested for DUI.

Rapid City Police are investigating a possible drunk driving crash off of Cambell Street.
Police spokesperson Tarah Heupel says a southbound driver went over the Rapid Creek bridge and into the water around 10a.m. Monday morning.
The driver was transported to Rapid City Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
Police believe the driver may have been drunk.
The driver's name will be released if he is arrested.
