Hester joins the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group, after earning her postgraduate law degree in Taxation from the University of Florida, and working as a tax consultant at a national accounting firm last year.

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is pleased to announce that Tara N. Hester has joined the firm’s Lexington office. Hester joins the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group, after earning her postgraduate law degree in Taxation from the University of Florida, and working as a tax consultant at a national accounting firm last year.

“We are proud to welcome Tara to the firm,” said Carolyn M. Brown, managing partner of the firm’s Lexington office. “The addition of Tara will help us better serve our clients and will assist in strengthening the regional impact of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.”

Hester, a Maysville, Ky., native, is a 2011 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she received a CALI Award in the area of Law and Economics. She served as a staff member for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law while attending the law school. She also served as graduate student editor for Florida Tax Review at the University of Florida. Prior to law school, she received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Georgetown College.

She will handle estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates, with an emphasis in gift, estate and GST tax issues for Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP.
