Downtown Rapid City hotspots for sale

Posted:

Downtown Rapid City is primed to add a few new attractions in the coming months, as two popular night spots are on sale.

Dublin Square Pub and Grill on Mount Rushmore road has been up for sale for about three and a half months.

Realtors say the owners are hoping to start a new business venture in the city, but declined to share further details on what that might be. The business and real estate are priced at roughly $1.1 million dollars, and that includes the liquor license.

And a bit different than you might remember it is the bar formerly known as Teddy's on main street. The bar recently changed its name to Moonshiner's, and has put a portion of the building up for sale or lease.
Realtors say a seven thousand square foot portion of the building will cost you about $750,000.

The property, which has been on the market for about 2 months, has minor fire damage.

Realtors say the new Moonshiner's bar will focus its offerings around the Sturgis based Full Throttle Brand of alcohol.
