Mexican Beef Quiche


2 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg Taco seasoning
1/2 c water
pie crust (can use frozen, thawed)
2 c corn chips, crushed
1 c sour cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and water and stir to combine.

Cover bottom of pie shell with crushed corn chips. Then add beef, then sour cream for the next layer, and finally top with remaining crushed corn chips.

Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
