Egg Cream:
1/4 c half and half
2 TB chocolate syrup
1 1/2 c club soda
Pour half and half in bottom of chilled glass. Add syrup then club soda. Enjoy!
Cranberry Sangria:
1 bottle Beaujolais (or use Ste. Chappelle "Soft Red" from Idaho)
1 c cranberry juice
1 c orange juice
1/2 c cranberry liqueur (optional)
slices of orange and lime
Mix all ingredients together in large pitcher and chill several hours. Serve with sliced orange and lime.
