
Rapid City police responded to two pedestrians accidents Wednesday.
A 10-year-old boy was crossing the street heading to school at Valley View at Carl Avenue & Homestead, and was hit in the crosswalk.
The driver didn't see him.
The boy wasn't seriously hurt.
The driver, 36-year-old Kelli Gomez, was cited for a crosswalk violation.

A 60-year-old man was hit while crossing Kansas City Street in the crosswalk.
He was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The driver, 47-year-old David Laughlin, said the sun was in his eyes and he didn't see the pedestrian as he was turning.
He was also cited for a crosswalk violation.
