1 lb lean ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 can white beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can chicken broth
1 4-oz can chopped green chilies, drained
Brown pork and onion until pork is just browned. Add chili powder and cumin and continue to cook until pork is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with cheese and/or sour cream, if desired.
