They look like they came straight from Santa's workshop but they actually didn't have to travel far to reach a group of lucky kids!
The Rapid City Woodworkers Association made more than 2,000 toys this year, 750 of which were donated to children at Youth and Family Services in Rapid City Tuesday.
In the last five years, President Bob Buchanan said they have given out more than 5,000 toys, and they aren't slowing down.
"With wooden toys, they can create their own world, they use their imagination, they can come up with all kinds of things, so that's why we keep making them. It's some way we can give back to the community, and it gives us something to do and stay out of trouble too," Buchanan said.
Buchanan said all the toys were made from donated materials.
