Two new fast food restaurants opened to the public in Rapid City this week.
Arbys officially opened its 5th Rapid City location on West Main on Tuesday. The store hosted a "soft" opening Tuesday.
District Manager, John Giardino says the reason for a "soft" opening was to work any operation bugs. The restaurant took just 60 days to build. Arbys hired 18 new employees.
Culvers opened a second Rapid City location at Rushmore Crossing. Doors opened Monday.
Business Partner, Guy Mann says the second location is a long time coming, and with Rushmore Crossing now established the timing was right.
The Eglin Street Culver's has 50 new employees.
