Gillette man waived preliminary hearing

A Gillette, Wyoming man charged with vehicular homicide has waived his preliminary hearing. That means 28-year-old Justin Helsper will now be bound over to district court for an arraignment.

He's accused in a drunken driving accident two weeks ago that killed tow truck driver Larry Schofield.

A date for Helsper's arraignment has not yet been scheduled.
