Rapid City's Fire Department has released the names of a family killed in a fire Tuesday night.
They are Marcia Rock, 51; and her three grandchildren: 9-year-old Thomas Rosado, 5-year-old Dustin Rosado and 3-year-old Marquez Hawkwing. The exact cause of death has not been determined.
While the investigation is ongoing, the fire department believes that the deadly blaze was caused by someone. They do not suspect there being a gas or electrical system failure.

Four people, three of them children, were killed in a Rapid City fire Tuesday night.
The fire started in an upstairs unit of a multi-family home on 6th Avenue, which is just off Jackson Boulevard. According to Lieutenant Brent Long of the Rapid City Fire Department, the structure was partially evacuated when firefighters arrived around 11 p.m. "Aggressive fire attack began immediately," Long said in an overnight release.
An adult was pronounced dead at the scene, and the three children were pronounced dead at Regional Hospital.
The building, which looks like at one time it was a single-family home, had been divided into five apartments, several of them in the basement. We don't know how many people were actually living there at the time of the fire but the American Red Cross helped 17 displaced people find a place to stay for the night.
The cause of the fire was not immediately determined. Both the police and the fire department are investigating. Wednesday morning, the state fire marshal was also on scene.
