A Box Elder man has entered a not guilty plea to charges of arson and reckless burning.
Investigators say 29-year-old Joseph Hodges poured gasoline throughout his home and set it afire on October 25, 2012. His live-in girlfriend and her ex-husband were inside at the time. No one was hurt.
Prosecutors say they're treating the case as a domestic violence incident.
Hodges faces up to 35 years in prison if convicted. He's also seeking to get his $100,000 bond reduced.
A hearing is scheduled for Friday.
