A Gillette man is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after hitting and killing a tow truck operator with his car Sunday night.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol says the driver, 28-year-old Justin Helsper, was "quite impaired" when he struck 65-year-old Larry Schofield, who was on the scene of another crash with a deer on the on-ramp to Interstate 90 at exit 126.
