
A Rapid City man accused of possessing, distributing and manufacturing child pornography will spend no time in jail.
As part of a deal with the state, Jeremy Morrison, 30, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child pornography.
Judge Jeff Davis sentenced Morrison to a suspended sentence of 180 days in jail under the condition that he register as a sex offender and seek anger management and sex offender treatment. He has already spend 105 days in the Pennington County Jail since he was arrested.
He will be on probation upon his release.

Michael Brave Heart, of Rapid City, also pleaded guilty to five counts of possessing child pornography as part of a plea deal. The state has agreed to recommend no more than 20 years in prison. He previously faced 50 years.
And another Rapid City man, Cody Hayes, pleaded not guilty to five counts of possessing child pornography involving young girls.
He faces 50 years in prison but is currently out on bond.
