Trees arrive at Club for Boy's

The front yard at the Rapid City Club for Boys is filled with the smell of freshly cut pine trees.

These 'soon to be' Christmas trees traveled from Wisconsin to be a part of the annual tree sale to benefit the club.

Dave Oyler, Special Projects Manager with the Club for Boy's says three more truck loads of trees were to be delivered Friday- to bring the total to 35-hundred trees.

Oyler says the proceeds from the tree sale go to help fund programs at the club for boys and even the boys help out with the fundraiser.

"We know there may be places where people can buy a cheaper tree but we're all about the service and providing our boys an opportunity to help their Boys Club and they take that very seriously," said Oyler.

The tree sale starts the day after Thanksgiving-November 23rd and will be open Monday through Saturday 9- 6 and Sundays 10-6.
