The victim's of a Box Elder mobile home fire testified against the home owner Friday morning in court.
Joseph Hodges, 29, faces arson and reckless burning charges after he allegedly set fire to his mobile home on October 25, 2012.
Hodges told police he found his 'live in' girlfriend, Corrie Roberts- Stone and her ex-husband Joseph Roberts in the home when he returned early that morning. Roberts-Stone testified she called Roberts that morning around 2:00 AM to come by and collect her children's belongings.
Roberts testified that when Hodges returned, he told them to get out before he started pouring gasoline around the house.
All three adults escaped the fire unharmed. But the mobile home was completely destroyed in the fire.
Hodge later told investigators he planned to set the house on fire and stay inside while it burned.
Bond was denied for Hodge as the judge said he's a danger to himself and to society.
