
2 lb stew meat
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped OR 1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
3 TB salad oil
Place stew meat in a 12-inch heavy saucepan with salad oil. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables and meat are done.
