Holiday trash collection schedule

From a press release from the Public Works Department of Rapid City:

Veterans Day, Monday, November 12th, will be a holiday for the City of Rapid City. As a result, the trash collection schedule for the week of November 12th through November 16 will be adjusted as follows:

Monday - Set out on Tuesday - leave out until collected

Tuesday - Normal collection day - leave out until collected

Wednesday - Normal collection day - leave out until collected

Thursday - Normal collection day - leave out until collected

Friday - Normal collection day

All routes will be completed by Friday afternoon.

Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 22nd, will be a holiday for the City of Rapid City. As a result, the trash collection schedule for the week of November 19th through November 23rd will be adjusted as follows:

Monday - Normal collection day

Tuesday - Set out on Monday - leave out until collected

Wednesday - Set out on Tuesday - leave out until collected

Thursday - Set out on Wednesday - leave out until collected

Friday - Normal collection day

All routes will be completed by Friday afternoon.
