
2 TB butter
1 pkg (1/2lb) sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 TB shallot, finely chopped
2 tsp soy sauce
black pepper
parsley flakes or finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Saute mushrooms in butter over medium heat, until mushrooms lose their moisture.
Add garlic and shallot and saute until translucent.
Add soy sauce and pepper. Cook until liquid is completely evaporated and mushrooms are "glazed".
Serve over steak or as a side dish, topped with parsley
