A local business woman and former Republican U.S. House candidate, takes a new appeal to the state Supreme Court.
Stephanie Strong's original lawsuit against Secretary of State Jason Gant alleges that district 32 Representative Brian Gosch should not be on the November general election ballot because he notarized his own election petitions. She accuses Gant of violating state statute by accepting those petitions.

A 7th circuit judge recently granted a change of venue in the case to Hughes county, where Gant lives and works.

Strong says she's appealing the change of venue to the state supreme court because she was denied her day in court.

Strong says the change of venue was granted without any notice to her legal team, and her original October 3rd hearing date was canceled.
Both Gosch and Gant have denied any wrong doing.
