Rushmore mall announces holiday hours

The Rushmore Mall in Rapid City announced its holiday hours today.

Herberger's will open at midnight on Black Friday, November 23.

JC Penny's will open later that day at 6 a.m.

If you don't want to battle the crowds on Black Friday, the mall will have earlier business hours starting December 6.
