College students hold 'Debate Watch'

Some of our country's youngest voters, college students, held a Debate Watch at Black Hills State University.
About 50 students gathered to watch, for some it was required, others came on their own.
This is the second Debate Watch at the school, the last was during the 2008 presidential race.
Organizers say it provides a safe environment to talk about politics and most importantly to learn about the issues.
"It's important because if you look at college students we are the next generation of people who are going to vote. We also have the lowest voting rate right now in the U.S.," debate student Rebecca Piroutek said.
The event is part of Debate/Watch, a voter education program of the Commission on Presidential Debates.
