Deadwood gaming numbers show increases

Deadwood's latest gaming numbers show the city is on a winning streak.
Deadwood took in more than $11.5 million dollars in gross revenue in August. That's an increase of 8% from August of last year, and an increase of more than $1 million dollars compared to July 2012 revenue.

Increased bet limits, which went into effect in July, may be behind the increase.

Table game revenue was close to $1.2 million dollars in August, almost double the revenue taken in before the bet limit increase in June.
Lawrence county will receive $89,000 from August's total revenue.
