After 40 year of doing business on Campbell Street, a KOTA Territory car dealership changes locations. Last week, Courtesy Subaru moved into the old Toyota building on the corner of Omaha and Lacrosse Street.
It was a year long process and renovating the building to meet the franchise's standards took about 90 days, but Marketing Manager Travis Vesely says the location is great. He says he thinks business has increased since the move. "It was a pretty significant investment; the building, the land, and then the renovations, but it's worth it to move to where we're going to be more busy," said Vesely.
Vesely says another advantage is the new location puts the entire business under one roof, whereas on Campbell Street there were two separate buildings.
