A man accused of stabbing his pregnant girlfriend and then himself in the Rapid City Walmart parking lot is back in the hospital.
Deputy State's Attorney Scott Roetzel says Michael Young, 30, was taken back to a Rapid City hospital yesterday for at least a week, as part of follow up from his self inflicted stab wounds which occurred in April.
Young pled not guilty in June to first degree murder, fetal homicide, felony violation of protection order and stalking in connection with the death of his girlfriend Morgan Meyers.
His next court date is scheduled for September 17th.
