Young people earn big at Harley Davidson

They direct traffic, haul garbage, clean bikes and more.  It's a week of hard work, and according to many young people ... big money.

"The paycheck is pretty nice at the end of the week," Wille Lutes said.  Many go to great lengths to be a Harley Davidson employee during rally week.  "I had to quit my other job to come do this one, but it's worth it," Julia Marsh said.

While the money is good, the workers say the atmosphere is just as satisfying. "The bikers, they're so nice," Matt Holland said.   "Like 90% of them are great, it's that other 5% that can make a little trouble," he continued.

The temporary employees work 12 hour shifts during the rally. "Your busy, constantly working, ushering bikers all day ... overall it's a good job," Holland said.

At the end of the week they say they're beat, but have more money in the bank.  "I'm gonna make lots of money out there," Marsh said.
