A sentencing date has been set for a college student accused of poses sing child pornography.
Vincent Taffe, 19, will be sentenced on August 28th.
The Minnesota student plead guilty to one count of possessing child pornography in December. He faces 10 years in prison.
Taffe, who was not in court Tuesday, previously admitted to 7th circuit Judge Mary Thorstenson that he had downloaded at least 5 explicit video involving children.
